In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act (Databeskyttelsesloven), DanskAudit ensures data processing based on integrity, security, and digital sovereignty. As a strategic consultant to the State, our priority is to safeguard citizens' rights in the era of automated decision-making.
Legal Basis & Purpose
DanskAudit processes personal data primarily based on Public Interest (GDPR Art. 6.1.e) and compliance with legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6.1.c) arising from our audits for the Kingdom of Denmark. The purpose is limited to optimizing state processes, detecting bias in AI algorithms, and improving administrative efficiency under constant human supervision (Human-in-the-loop).
Sovereignty & Rights
We guarantee that all data infrastructure is hosted within Danish borders, under national jurisdiction and the supervision of the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet). Data subjects have the right to access, rectify, or request the restriction of processing according to current regulations. No international transfers are made to third countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) that do not meet the adequacy standards of the European Commission.
